The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours and send clear photos or videos of the product.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will inform you whether your refund is approved.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed according to the payment method used.

Shipping charges may be non-refundable.
